QUESTIONS
HOW MUCH DO WE CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?
We are located in Madisonville, LA. If your address is within our 20 mile radius, no Travel Fee is required.
21-30 miles: $100
31-40 miles: $150

HOW MUCH OUTDOOR SPACE IS NEEDED?
Our 4m bell tent will need a grass or dirt area of at least 24ft in diameter, to place stakes. Our 6m bell tent requires a diameter of at least a 30.5ft.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP YOUR EVENT?
Setup should take approximately 2-3 hours depending on package size and add-ons.

WHAT IS THE DURATION OF MY RENTAL?
Rental is for one night. We will arrange a (2-3 hour) setup time to take place the morning of your event. Pick-up will be the following morning at agreed upon time. (Although we appreciate your help, please do not attempt to take apart or break down any equipment.)
*Additional nights may be requested at a discounted price.

WHAT IF A CHILD ACCIDENTALLY WETS THE BED?
No worries, we understand accidents happen. Each mattress is protected with a waterproof cover that is laundered and sanitized after every event.

DO WE REQUIRE ANY DOWN PAYMENTS OR DEPOSITS?
A $50 non-refundable Security Deposit is due at booking to reserve your event. Remaining payment will be due prior to delivery.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?
We will email you an invoice through PayPal. Following instructions in your email, you will then have the option to pay via PayPal account or credit/debit card. Cash or check is also accepted.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
If cancelled within a week of your event, an additional $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to reschedule. If cancelled/rescheduled with at least a week notice, your original $50 deposit will be applied toward your rescheduled event.

WHAT IF BAD WEATHER IS EXPECTED?
If there is an expected 50% chance of rain or greater on your event date, it will be cancelled at no charge and you will have the option to reschedule. (Your $50 Security Deposit WILL be refunded)
WHAT IF ANY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR MISSING?
As stated in our Policy, you will be held liable for any damaged or missing items. Therefore, you will be charged a fair market value to replace each affected item.
*Please no food, drinks (besides clear liquids or wine provided), nail polish, paint, glitter, or pets inside the tent. Absolutely NO smoking, fire, or candles near tent, as it is flammable.
